C-2264: NIB Winchester Model 94 Chief Crazy Horse in 38-55 WCF - Rare. This lever action rifle features a 24" round blued barrel engraved with “Chief Crazy Horse” and gold filled, adjustable rear sight, post front sight, a case hardened receiver with gold filled engraving of an oval portrait of Chief Crazy Horse and a background scene of Indians on horseback on the right, a scene of Indians hunting buffalo on the left, tacks in the shape of a tepee on the buttstock and the tacks on the forearm and a case hardened forearm cap. The rifle is in amazing unfired condition with just a touch of oxidation on 2 of the tacks on the stock and it comes in its original Styrofoam container with outer sleave and paperwork.
